How soon will my shoot date be scheduled after I make my payment?
Shoot dates are scheduled promptly after we receive payment and are scheduled on Tuesdays and Thursdays, weather permitting.
What if I need to change my shoot date?
Please use the contact or support form to contact us with any schedule changes.
How do I get my video once it has been edited?
Go to the agent login page and use the same username and password you setup when paying for your video package. When your video is complete we will upload a simple text file for you to download. The text file has your video embed code with simple instructions for you to use anywhere on any site.
