Cancellation/Refund Policy

You may cancel for a full refund if you contact us by email, phone, or support form by no later than 24 hour before the scheduled shoot day. If your scheduled shoot day is not good for video taping (i.e. raining, extreme overcast, high winds) then we reserve the right to reschedule at your next earliest convenience.
